Here’s some amazing parts of the ‘Fabric of Yeovil’ made by local people dropping in @yeovilartspace on Saturday 😍 if you would like to make apart of it then drop in Tuesday 17th Feb 11:00 – 13:00 or Saturday 21st Feb 13:00-15:00 it would be great to get as many people to make this as possible. No skills are required, honestly it very simple and I will be there to guide you through. 👍
I would also appreciate more donations of old, worn sheets, bedding, blankets, shirts, curtains please check your draws, cupboard or wardrobes and drop off at Yeovil Art Space, Quedam centre, Yeovil. Hello there! I’m Emily Duchscherer Kirk, an artist living and working in Yeovil, Somerset, UK. This page is dedicated to my participatory project the #fabricofyeovil which aims to connect participants them making apart of a woven fabric created from donated, worn materials. Participants can take part at events leading up to, and during Saturday of the art weekender.
The aim is to bring the people of Yeovil (and surrounding areas) together, through simple collaborative acts of creativity.
